Dubai Autism Resource Center is a non-profit organisation providing information, support, advice and training to professionals and parents of autistic children. It started in November 2001 with the issuance of the decree from H.H. Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Al Maktoum stating the setting up of DARC with its various services would encourage a broader understanding of autism. The Dubai Autism Center is seeking funding for the following projects: building the Dubai Autism Center School, developing a specialized library and providing training and development services for parents.
