Al Noor serves Dubai's multicultural population in the care for children who are mentally challenged, slow learners or children with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Down's Syndrome and Autism. Their mission is to be a leading center for children with special needs by increasing awareness in society, providing professional and effective training programs, and by fulfilling the needs of the special child from infancy up to functional integration into society. The Al Noor Center is a non-profit organization, run under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
