Our horse is about celebrating some of the things that make Dubai such a great place to live and visit. Because we wanted the horse to be a whole school project involving as many children as possible we divided it into seven areas with each year group working on a specific topic:
The Sea (Age 4&5) The Mountains (Age 6&7) Dubai History (Age 7&8) Architecture (Age 8&9) Culture (Age 9&10) The Future (Age 10 & 11)
Each area was masked off while the children from that particular year group worked on their section.
Our horse gradually made her way through the schoolrooms and we ended up with a truly school-wide celebration of Dubai and the Arabian Horse.
